Ingredients
Base pudding
- 3 C sweetpotatoes cooked
- ½ C sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can sweetended condensed milk
- ½ C butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 1 C brown sugar packed
- 1 C pecans chopped
- ⅓ C butter softened
- ½ C flour
Instructions
- Mix sweetpotatoes with rest of base ingredients.
- In a separate dish, mix topping ingredients.
- Spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick spray
- Pour base ingredients into dish. Spread topping on base.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
