Ingredients

Base pudding

  • 3 C sweetpotatoes cooked
  • ½ C sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can sweetended condensed milk
  • ½ C butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 C brown sugar packed
  • 1 C pecans chopped
  • C butter softened
  • ½ C flour

Instructions

  • Mix sweetpotatoes with rest of base ingredients.
  • In a separate dish, mix topping ingredients.
  • Spray a 9X13 baking dish with non-stick spray
  • Pour base ingredients into dish. Spread topping on base.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until set.
