
Sweetpotato Bundt Cake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup sweetpotato baked
- ½ cup goat’s milk
- Honey
Instructions
- Beat eggs. Add whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and baked sweetpotato and mix.
- Slowly add goat's milk until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Fill bundt cake tins all the way and bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack and top with honey.
- Instruct your good boy or girl to enjoy their treat!
