Berry Sweetpotato Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup sweetpotato, cooked, peeled
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  • To prepare, add the coconut water into a blender followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 20–30 seconds, until smooth. Enjoy!
Number of servings (yield): 1 smoothie
