Berry Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 cup sweet potato, cooked, peeled
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
1. To prepare, add the coconut water into a blender followed by the rest of the ingredients. Blend for 20–30 seconds, until smooth. Enjoy!
Number of servings (yield): 1 smoothie
