
Three Ingredient Sweetpotato Popsicles

You use them in baby food, smoothies, desserts, salads and so much more. Make Ayat's go-to recipe in the summer - it is just 3 ingredients: roasted sweetpotato, peaches and vanilla Greek yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sweetpotato roast in the oven for 30-45 minutes
- 1 cup peaches frozen or fresh
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup optional
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a few hours.
- Enjoy!
