Three Ingredient Sweetpotato Popsicles

Sweetpotatoes are so versatile and can be used in many different recipes for all ages. You use them in baby food, smoothies, desserts, salads and so much more. Make Ayat's go-to recipe in the summer - it is just 3 ingredients: roasted sweetpotato, peaches and vanilla Greek yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetpotato roast in the oven for 30-45 minutes
  • 1 cup peaches frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for a few hours.
  • Enjoy!
