Crispy Sweetpotato Fries

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sweetpotato
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the sweetpotoates in thin 1/4” strips.
- Soak in cold water for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Drain the fries and dry them off with a paper towel. Then add oil, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
- Add fries to parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
