Crispy Sweetpotato Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds sweetpotato
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the sweetpotoates in thin 1/4” strips.
  • Soak in cold water for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 425 F.
  • Drain the fries and dry them off with a paper towel. Then add oil, cornstarch, salt and pepper.
  • Add fries to parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
