I met two ladies the other night that shared a similar love for sweet potatoes as me. It all started when two of us realized we’d used the same sweet potato recipe for Thanksgiving (Bourbon Sweet Potatoes) and it was on from then. We all began to obsess over the beautiful sweetness of a roasted potato and all of its great health benefits and the different ways we’ve cooked them.
