Spring into the New Season with Yours Truly
Can y’all believe that spring is finally here? Don’t get us wrong, we love sweaters and cuddling up by the fire as much as anyone else, but there’s just something so lovely about the flowers bloomin’ and the days getting longer, warmer and sunnier. By this time, we’re all taking a look at our summer wardrobe and getting a lil’ bit panicky (except those folks who followed our #SweetSwap advice!) but have no fear y’all – these sweetpotato recipes are healthy, delicious, and will put you in the springtime spirit!
There isn’t anything quite as refreshing as a cold smoothie is there? This season, we’re going crazy for Healthy Nibbles and Bits‘ Sweetpotato Mango Smoothie. Not only is it packed with nutrients to keep you going all morning long, it’s just plain delicious. Plus, take a look at all those super foods like coconut milk, chia seeds and of course, sweetpotatoes!
With barbecue and grilling season right around the corner, we can’t wait to dig into our Spicy Sweetpotato Slaw, a perfect accompaniment to charred and smokey dishes. Our unique and healthy slaw is simple and full of flavor, we’re sure even the kiddos will take a liking to it!
