Graham Cracker Layer
- ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mashed cooked sweetpotatoes
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
For the graham cracker layer: combine the ingredients in a medium sized bowl until the mixture is crumbly.
