- 4 large sweetpotatoes Cook until soft.
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted melted butter
- ¼ cup cinnamon
- 1 Tbs nutmeg
Topping
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup melted butter
Preparation
Combine sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla extract, eggs, unsalted melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl until smooth.
Pour into 2 quart baking pan.
Baking
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
Bake sweetpotato at 375° Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and put on topping and bake for 10-15 minutes more.
