Ingredients

sweetpotatoes
cooked, cooled and mashed

Instructions
COMBINE all ingredients in a blender, except diced strawberries.
BLEND until icy consistency.
POUR into popsicle molds. If desired, you can add reserved diced fruit (including strawberries) in the molds.
FREEZE 2-3 hours or overnight until solid.
SERVE as or in a glass of wine (rosé or sauvignon blanc) or your favorite juice/seltzer.
