Sweetpotato Tropical Whip

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peeled and chopped sweetpotato
- 2 cups chopped frozen pineapple
- 2/3 cup frozen mango pieces
- 1 tbsp 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup whole milk
Instructions
- Place sweetpotatoes in a medium pot. Boil till tender. Allow sweetpotato to cool completely before moving to the next step.
- Place sweetpotato, pineapple, mango, honey, and milk into a food processor. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth. You will need to periodically scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Use a spatula to remove the whip from the food processor. Serve immediately or place it in a freezer safe container to serve later.
