- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated
- 3 tsp gelatin powder
- 2/12 tbsp hot water
- 3/4 cup mashed cooked sweetpotatoes
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground (+more for topping)
- Whipped cream, for topping
Dissolve the gelatin powder in hot water and set it aside.
Place the cream, milk, sugar, sweetpotatoes, and cinnamon in a medium pot and whisk until combined.
Heat the pot over medium heat till it reaches a boil. Make sure to whisk as it heats to prevent burning. When it begins to boil, turn off the stove and add the activated gelatin. Whisk to combine. Let the mixture cool for 15 minutes.
Fill each glass or silicone mold with the mixture. The glasses should be about a 1- 1 ½ cup measurement. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until completely set.
