Preheat oven to 425F. Cut the sweetpotatoes into bite sized cubes.
Place the sweetpotatoes in a large bowl along with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and chili powder. Toss to coat.
Transfer the sweetpotatoes to a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until tender.
For the whipped feta: combine the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Serve the potatoes immediately with the whipped feta. Too with chives if desired
