cooked & mashed

flat-leaf parsley

butter
softened

salt
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
dry ranch dressing mix

round flat bread
Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat over to 350º F.
In a food processor, add garlic, walnuts, parsley and blend well.
In a medium bowl, add mashed sweetpotatoes; stir in parlsey mixture, butter, salt, pepper, powder ranch dressing and mix well.
Spread sweetpotato mixture onto flat bread.
Top each flat bread round with chicken pieces and sprinkle cheese over the top.
Place each mini pizza on a a large baking sheet (without edges touching)
Bake until heated through and cheese is melted (approximately 10 minutes)
Serve Hot
