We developed these materials to help school children learn about North Carolina’s Official State Vegetable - the sweet potato.
All of the tools were developed with the assistance of real North Carolina elementary school teachers and students.
They correlate as much as possible to teachers’ needs and
meet the ABC requirement of North Carolina’s schools.
