The No More ‘Mallows Blogger Recipe Contest would like to announce our Grand Prize Winner!
Nikki Haney’s Maple Sweetpotato Pecan Burger from The Tolerant Vegan won the big grand prize of $2,000!
Originally from Kentucky, Nikki’s inspiration came from her love of pecan pie and bourbon. After many attempts, she scored the perfect sweetness. This one-of-a-kind recipe WOWed the judges’ tastebuds! They voted it top in originality, flavor and texture. Nikki definitely unleashed the amazing qualities of the sweetpotato and raised the bar for contests to come.
